CUSTOM PAINTED MOTORCYCLES
SCROLL DOWN FOR PROJECTS
2019 - 2020
Custom painted Harley 48. With good old metal flakes, candy, variegated gold leaf, and orange pinstripes, this bike is an absolute treat to the eyes. This is the new skin given to our previous work called 'Pulpy Orange' done in 2016. Our client drove down from Bangalore and handed over the parts for a new design. We hope we have met his expectations. We call this project Élan - a word synonymous with style and energy and suits the work perfectly.
A work of metal flakes and dual kandy, in distressed finish, with gold leaf twirl border and custom hand lining works. The filigree pattern has been aid carefully to reflect complexity and symmetry throughout. The pin striping details add another dimension to the complete design. The base Teal Blue (greenish blue) and brownish Orange tone are two very contrasting yet complementing colors. The color combination has been inspired by Coco Breeze custom paint, and they have been great inspiration for us. Do share our work to greater audience.
7 - Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. — Revelation 12:7–10 (NIV) The artwork on this Harley Davidson Heritage Softail is inspired by the paintings of 16th century Italian painter Guido Reni. Reni was known for his "Baroque" style painting and mostly religious artworks. The highlight of the project is the tank. This artwork depicts the epic fight between St. Michael and Lucifer. Bold colors and brush strokes give a feel of a classic oil painting. We have chosen Black and Cherry Wine Red as the two base colors. The Sections have been demarcated by use of Gold Leaf and pinstripes. Both the front and the rear fenders have been kept simple so as to balance out the artwork on the tank. We call this project The Archangel.
This paintjob came to us from one of our friend in Orissa , India and is based on a tribal Mayan culture theme artwork . Looking closely to all the details in the paintjob will make one realize the time and effort to create something like this is huge . The design takes us back in time in the modern day world on a modern day bike .
MY OTHER SIDE
Custom Paint job on Harley-Davidson Low-Rider. This project came from Lucknow, and we were taken aback in surprise due to the theme in which it was supposed to be painted. The theme was BIKES AND BABES. We had always dreamt of doing a paint job which revolves around bikes and babes, and this was our perfect opportunity. Also, it was supposed to be very colourful and super glittery! This is a Bold subject and has to taken in artistic sense. We discovered a great motorcycle artist and Bike culture artist named DAVID MANN. All his artworks were mesmerizing and were done in super detail. We took a reference of his paintings and tweaked them to add some comic sense to them. We re-drew them with our twist and that formed the basis of our work. This work has a number of characters and all were painted one by one with meticulous precision. The base of the painting is Silver mixed with rainbow pearl. The artwork is executed using various transparent candy colors. Hot rod flames are made to segregate various scenes from one other. The flames are pinstriped in yellow color as well. The flames are made in a combination of chameleon and pearl rainbow colors. The most difficult part of the painting was to merge a lot of information on the small panels of the bike and to make sure that none of the subject is disturbed due to fitting brackets or instrument panel etc.
HOT ROD FLAMES & TRUE FIRE
Everyone loves the Old Royal Enfield Bullet Standard, and when it looks exquisite, it is even better. We are happy to have done this brilliant paint job for a fellow Hyderabadi, who wanted exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We finalized on Hot rod flames, because it never goes out of style, and to add some more complexity, we incorporated true fire inside the body of hot rod flame. To top it up, we used Chameleon Blue green pearl pigment for the body and the flame border is a gradient from Violet to Blue. Overall, this paint job looks very simple, but effectively it took 3 weeks of effective work to pull off. However, the result is very satisfying and it feels really great to have done this project.
This artwork on Harley-Davidson Street Rod has been executed using metal flakes, Black Candy, Silver leaf and Orange Candy as primary medium. The metal flakes background consists of multiple Harley-Davidson Logos and the Number 1 Logo pops out as in the foreground. The side profile has been done in Silver leaf with a small section of Sporty checkered pattern which fades away which shows motion and speed. The upper half of the side profile bears Orange Candy transparent colors and the silver leaf Harley-Davidson writing pops out though the side view. You can imagine how beautiful and aggressive this motorcycle is going to look at the end, after assembly. Make it your personal statement!
