SCROLL DOWN FOR PROJECTS
This is a Royal Enfield Classic 350 which has been converted to a Cafe' racer/Scrambler. We have modified the chassis from the rear part without disturbing the engine's mounting points and balance. The rear part of chassis is custom built with additional anchorage and supports for more strength and super performance. We got rid of the headlamp case and used triple tree with scrambler yellow headlamps. The tank has scooped out dished look with Blue metal flakes in it. A stunning seat work and a megaphone silencer with beautiful handmade side covers to finish it up.
This RE Classic 350 cc has been tastefully crafted for a youngster, who wanted this bike to be a single seater mean machine. He quite liked our Tamralipi creation and wanted his motorcycle tank to be exactly like that. However, we do exclusive work, and this one is kept exclusive too. Copper leaf tank with white straight stripe and antique texture with textured sheet metal finish.. all kept to just keep it well balanced. The entire body is painted Matte Black. The tool box bear the signature RE logos. Comes with some good accessories and amazing well made seat.
An old 2009 Twinspark Thunderbird arrived our workshop 3 months ago. Finally it left us with a new lease of life! Subtle changes keeping the essence of the bike intact was essential. We however changed the tank of this motorcycle then changed the rear tail lamp unit with indicators etc. Then installed a new Thunderbird's rear diskbrake kit and new Thunderbird alloys! The paint job speaks for itself!
An old 1982 Chetak came to us in a bad shape.. rusted body parts and pathetic engine. We completely refurbished the engine and did engine buffing to make it look great. Rest all detailing you see is done completely at our facility from Paint to engine assembly to accessorize etc. The client was very particular with the final finish and it was somewhat difficult to get the parts in market, however we were lucky enough and delighted to pull this off! The engine runs nice and is really smooth! Photography done at night light conditions...
A Thunderbird 350 2005 model AVL engine, has been given a new lease of life with this beautiful restortion cum custom build. What stands out is the scoops on the sides of the tank and the neat execution of the matte finish paint. Not to miss the accessories which perfectly go hand in hand with the motorcycle. GMG - Stands for GUN METAL GREY, which is the color of the motorcycle we chose. Initially the plan was to go for Matte Black, but certainly the call to use GMG did the trick! Currently this motorcycle sounds much better with a Bazooka silencer, and rides much better due to improved ergonomics. It was a pleasure to complete this project!
